Planetoid Mines - Rover Demonstration
This is an interactive demonstration was commissioned by Planetoid Mines, this application serves to give a brief look into their rover and its capabilities. In this application, users can direct the rover's navigation and excavate terrain.
| How do I move the rover? | Click anywhere on the terrain with the Left Mouse Button, the rover will navigate there automatically |
| How can I manipulate the camera? | Holding the Right Mouse Button and dragging the mouse will allow users to freely revolve the camera around the rover. |
| How do I excavate the terrain? | Make sure that the rover's 'Drums' are spinning(click the toggle labeled "Drums" to turn them on) then press the "Lower" button in the user interface. As the rover moves the terrain under the drums will be excavated. If you press "Stop" and hold the "Lower" button, the rover will proceed to bury itself. |
